Halation in Komorebi used to just tint the highlights red, and it looked fake. Now the light bleeds from bright areas into the darker edges before it turns red-orange, which is closer to film. Bloom is its own tool, and you can use both.

The camera preview with a film look is smoother too; dragging the strength slider no longer drops frames.

Next: film looks on video, and a Print tool for halftone and Riso. Neither is in the store version yet.
